"Prussian" and "Hanoverian Miner," designed by Johannes Eckstein in 1786 for KPM Berlin, likely produced mid-20th century

Porcelain, polychrome painted, each depicting a miner in traditional clothing standing on a square naturalistic base, holding a pickaxe and pit lamp (Hanoverian) or pickaxe and saber (Prussian). The base of each bears a blue scepter mark and a red imperial orb mark with impressed and painter's numbers. Height approx. 17 cm. The Prussian miner's saber hilt is missing, and the index finger has been glued
